Transformational Development is at the core of our organization. It refers to personal and professional growth and change that involves a shift in mindset, behavior, and beliefs. We aim to empower children, families, and communities to identify and overcome the obstacles that prevent them from living life to its fullest potential. Through a series of workshops and programs, we address various aspects of personal development and growth. Some of the key areas we focus on include:

* Please note that our workshops are designed to meet your individual or a particular groups needs. The instruction and content for these workshops vary and are suitable for groups ranging between the ages of 18 and under. When inquiring, please inform us of your topics of interest.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Cultivating mindfulness and non-judgmental awareness, individuals learn to observe their thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and environment. This heightened awareness enables effective management of one's emotions and the ability to recognize and empathize with others. Skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and effective communication are integral to navigating social interactions, resolving conflicts, and building strong relationships.

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): Harnessing the power of the mind and language, we teach individuals to reprogram their thought patterns in order to convert from their present state of mind to their desired states of mind.

  • Anger Regression: Acquiring an understanding of anger triggers, cues, and coping mechanisms to effectively manage anger.

  • How to Think (Not What to Think): Encouraging critical thinking and independent thought, we empower individuals to develop their own perspectives and beliefs.

  • Accountability: Promoting personal responsibility and accountability for one's actions and choices.

  • Awareness: Promoting self-awareness and facilitating the recognition of signs and patterns associated with substance abuse, human trafficking, and physical or emotional abuse. We strive to equip individuals with the knowledge and resources necessary to seek help and support in these areas of prevention and intervention.

  • Communication: Enhancing communication skills, active listening, and empathy to foster positive relationships.

  • College and Career Readiness: Empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in college or pursue alternative career paths by providing guidance on job attainment skills, including effective job interviewing techniques, resume building, and essential workplace skills. We also offer support in navigating the college application process, including assistance with financial aid forms, college applications, and other valuable resources.

  • Entrepreneurship: Nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset, teaching business fundamentals, and encouraging creative problem-solving.

  • Exploration: Encouraging engagement in the arts, reading, and travel to broaden horizons and expand perspectives.

  • Financial Management: Educating individuals on financial literacy, budgeting, and responsible money management.

  • Health: Promoting physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being through education, resources, and support.

  • Self-Esteem: Fostering a positive self-image and building healthy self-esteem. We provide strategies and techniques to help individuals develop a strong sense of self-worth, confidence, and resilience. We address topics such as self-acceptance, self-care, positive self-talk, and overcoming self-limiting beliefs.

  • Love: Cultivating self-love, healthy expressions of love, and building strong, meaningful relationships.

  • Planning: Developing goal-setting strategies, action plans, and time management skills.

  • Purpose: Assisting individuals in discovering their passions, interests, and sense of purpose in life.
